I am trying to get OMT R52E to connect using Windows 8. The software is loaded on the machine but when I try to connect to the RBS, it's like it can not see the DXU. Any ideas?

I need help, it is not possible to define external alarms in my OMT R49H when I try the system and get this message "An internal error has occurred and the OMT application will terminate".

I´m sorry for you man. That problem is for the version of OMT that you use. You must use a early OMT version like V34 or less.
